Your activities will include

As an Application Support Specialist, you will primarily work in the areas of document processing and process control. Your tasks include, among others:

  • Technical and functional support of applications used by our clients or hosted in our own data center (including client applications and background processing via database and batch processes)
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our systems
  • Receiving, analyzing, and resolving incidents (disruptions) as well as service requests (inquiries and special tasks) in third-level support

Profile
